Postpaid:- 12 month contract applies. RM200 penalty will be imposed in the event of early termination.

- To use the Prepaid PortaWiFi Service, you must have existing credit in your account with a minimum amount of your selected Commitment Fee with at least thirty (30) days validity period.
- You will be given a grace period of fifty (50) days from the expiry of the validity period to reload your Commitment Fee.
- In the event that you fail to reload the minimum Commitment Fee after the grace period, Celcom reserves the right to terminate your account immediately without prior notice.
- Any unutilised credit balance during the grace period will be carried forward upon reactivation of your account.
- Celcom will automatically deduct your usage fees from your Commitment Fee.
- Your credit balance can only be used during the validity period starting from the date of activation.
